How to Measure ↓
Shoulders: Place the measuring tape at the corner of one shoulder and pull across to the other shoulder.
Chest: Position a tape measure beneath your arms and record the circumference around the fullest part of your chest.
Waist: Determine the measurement around your natural waist, which is the narrowest point of your midsection.
Hips: Measure around the fullest area of your hips to obtain the hip measurement.
Body Inseam/Inside Leg: Start at the top of your inner thigh and extend the tape measure down your leg until it reaches the bottom of your ankle. If you prefer longer trousers, continue measuring down to the lower part of your foot.
Garment Inseam: To gauge the inseam for pants that fit well, measure from the crotch seam to the bottom of the leg. For outerwear pants, ensure that the cuffs do not bunch up in the front to avoid interference with buckles or connection points.
